How experienced is Out Now?
Out Now is the most experienced LGBT+ inclusion specialist in the world, having worked for more clients in more countries than any other supplier. Does Out Now only work with large clients?
Not at all. We have a long track record of success helping the world’s largest corporations to small business start-ups.

Do you tailor your work to design custom solutions?
Always. No two clients’ customer base or workforce share identical concerns so we tailor all our solutions to ensure we deliver work that fits best. As a result of our extensive practical experience we have a large foundational capacity upon which we leverage our skillset to build custom solutions that work, for each individual client.
Has DEI become too difficult for companies to develop?
Far from it. In fact in 2025, thirty out of thirty corporate shareholder meetings voted to maintain or strengthen their DEI initiatives. These shareholders understand that DEI is not political — it is smart business.
More than ever, key stakeholders — such as employees and clients — may have concerns regarding how welcomed they will feel as a member of a workplace team or as a customer. Many clients include our one-to-one Executive Coaching service for their senior leading executives as well as our TED-style boardroom roundtable presentation for the Leadership Team.
Do clients work with Out Now once only or can you provide ongoing support?
Each client is different so some may have a one-off project need while others retain Out Now’s inclusion consulting expertise for many years. It is fully flexible according to the evolving needs of each client.
Can you help with data for a student project?
We provide multiple ways to access publicly available components of our research program. This is accessed by searching online as well as extracts published here in parts of the Out Now Intelligence information on this site.
