Official Rules an privacy policy for Win a weekend in Vienna Competition

Competition 1

Entrants to this competition must submit a suitable photograph by upload to the competition website. In so doing, the entrant gives permission to Vienna Tourist Board and their agent/s to publish this photo on the competition website. The image should not contain unacceptable levels of nudity, violence or in any way be at risk of being judged as 'unsuitable' (as deemed by the judges, who will comprise staff of Vienna Tourist Board and/or their agent/s with agreed complete discretion). The photo uploaded should be of the entrant "Living Life" and entrants will be chosen by the judges on the basis of which entries best reflect a joy for fun and living. The judges will select a number of entrants to invite to join them to become part of the Vienna Tourist Board's Terrence Higgins Trust 'Walk for Life' team for the fundraising walk being undertaken in London on 16 June 2013 in central London. A maximum of 20 people will be selected to join the team based on their submitted photos, and one entrant who actually participates in this walk as part of the Vienna Tourist Board team will be drawn following the walk as the prize winner. Entrants must be 18 or over, resident in the UK and be able to travel to Vienna within 12 months of the prize being drawn. Restrictions may apply due to availability and timing of booking. Reasonable attempts will be made to meet preferred travel dates of the competition winners.

Competition 2

Entrants will need to submit their details online to enter this competition. This prize will be drawn and the winner notified approximately 1 week after the Walk for Life on 16 June 2013. The winner will be selected based on their entry response from all entries to the competition by the Vienna Tourist Board and/or their agent/s. Entrants must be 18 or over, resident in the UK and be able to travel to Vienna within 12 months of the prize being drawn. Restrictions may apply due to availability and timing of booking. Reasonable attempts will be made to meet preferred travel dates of the competition winners.

Both competitions

All decisions will be at judge's discretion and will be final. No correspondence will be entered into. The competition organisers are Vienna Tourist Board. Neither they, nor their agent/s are responsible for any loss, however arising, to the entrant as a result of participating in this promotion. Entry is entirely at the entrant's own risk at all times.

By entering the competition you agree to be contacted by Vienna Tourism and Out Now regarding relevant promotions and special offers. Neither Out Now nor Vienna Tourist Board will share your personal details with any outside organisation. All campaigns by both organisations remain at all times fully compliant with relevant laws such as US Can-Spam legislation.
